This privacy policy applies to both:
- BI ERP (
com.biiraq.bi_erp_mobile) — staff-facing ERP mobile app
- BI Store (
com.biiraq.bi_store_mobile) — customer-facing shopping app
Both apps are operated by BI · Beyond Intelligence, Baghdad, Iraq.
1. What data we collect
BI ERP (staff)

We do not collect: contacts, SMS, microphone audio, files outside the app's own storage, or browsing history.
2. How we use the data
- Provide and improve the ERP and Store services
- Verify identity and prevent fraud
- Process and deliver your order (BI Store)
- Maintain an audit trail of business actions (BI ERP)
- Send transactional notifications (order updates, shift reminders)
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Sharing
- Couriers (BI Store) — name, phone, address — strictly to deliver your order
- Payment providers (BI Store) — when you choose digital payment — only the amount and order reference
- Law enforcement — when legally compelled by Iraqi authorities
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
4. Security
- All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing (bcrypt).
- Tokens are kept in the device's secure storage.
- Hourly encrypted backups with off-site weekly sync.
5. Retention
- Active accounts: while account is active.
- Order data (BI Store): 7 years per Iraqi commercial bookkeeping practice.
- Audit logs (BI ERP): 5 years.
- Closed accounts: anonymized after 90 days unless legal retention applies.
6. Your rights
- View your data — in-app "Account" → "My Data"
- Request correction or deletion — email alshrefihassan@gmail.com
- Withdraw location permission — anytime from device Settings
- Delete your account — in-app or by email; purged within 30 days
7. Children
Our apps are not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email.
